Katie,
As I watch this, with all the expressions of joy that are so evident – I get this real sense that as we pause and really think about what we want our day to be like – a large majority of us human beings want to feel a deep joy in our hearts. Do we? Do we normally start our day this way? Or – does the busyness of our lives trump our own joy? That’s my take away on this.
And – having the opportunity to be a part of this was such an amazing experience! The biggest thing: a group of mostly strangers – and within a few minutes – we connected. We connected through this moment, and through laughter, and through a genuine care for each other. That’s a pretty great feeling!!

Yes, greeting the day is about setting the tone of how we feel. When we wake up looking for negative moments or just get right into our “to do” list we forget the blessing of waking up in a comfortable bed.
It was great to see Lance smiling with his arms in the air. Happy to be with such great people, living an awesome experience together.

I love your videos, Katie! And I love seeing the events and all the happy, inspirational people! (Lance — so good to see you there in Union Square!)
I greet my day every single day by giving thanks, and feeling GOD in my blood. I bow down and give thanks to the mother, the father, and to ONENESS. I breathe out love and breathe it back in again. All of this just energizes me in a positive way and encourages me to live my Divinity from the time the sun rises until the time it sets.
Much love to you, Katie, and continued support as you spread levity throughout the world!
I think it’s great you were able to round folks up and spread a bit of sunshine all over the place.
